1Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Tisaz Drapery Studio website and any consultation, measuring, made-to-measure, fitting or repair service booked with us. By booking a consultation or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
2Consultations & Quotes
Home consultations and measuring visits are arranged by appointment. Quotes provided for curtains, blinds and soft furnishings are based on the measurements, fabric and specification agreed at the time, and may change if the specification is later altered.
3Orders & Made-to-Measure
Because every curtain and blind we make is cut and finished to your exact measurements and choice of fabric, orders are bespoke and cannot be resold — please check your chosen fabric, colour, lining and measurements carefully before confirming an order. Lead times will be confirmed with your quote and may vary depending on fabric availability.
4Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm a made-to-measure order, with the balance due before or on delivery/fitting, as agreed with our studio at the time of booking.
5Fitting & Access
Where fitting is included, please ensure clear and safe access to the windows being measured or fitted. Any structural issues found on site (e.g. unsuitable walls or existing fixtures) will be discussed with you before work proceeds.
6Repairs & Alterations
For repair and alteration work, an assessment may be needed before a final price is confirmed. Every effort is made to match existing fabric, trims and hardware, but an exact match cannot always be guaranteed, particularly for discontinued fabrics.
7Cancellations
Because bespoke orders are cut specifically for you, cancellation once fabric has been cut or work has begun may not be possible, or may be subject to a charge covering materials and work already completed. Please speak to our studio as early as possible if your circumstances change.
8Liability
We take great care in measuring, manufacturing and fitting. Where a fault in materials or workmanship is found, please contact us promptly so we can put it right. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under UK consumer law.
